Planning Is The Key

Oh my gosh, being in the insurance business, how I heard
that phrase. I remember when I was out of state at an insurance
conference and the CEO of the company was involved in so
much and on so many different boards, I asked him this. "If
everyone has the same 60 seconds in one minute, why is it
that some people do so much more with their 60 seconds?"
He said, "Planning is the key!" Now, their is a whole nother
side to this, too. He had taken his whole life up to that point,
had a secretary by this time to help keep him on his proper
schedule because he knew he had paid his dues, and was
deserving of his distinction.

One thing I do know and I tell our son this all the time. Each
person has to do things in their own way. Each person is to
be respected for what they accomplish with their own ability.
Everyone is not the same. What one person plans may not
be what the next person even wants or is able to do.
