WANT TO KNOW HOW TO FOCUS?
10/25/07
Okay, suppose you are not good at focusing on exactly what you want to do! I just realized this lately when I was studying some material on the computer plus when I was sitting outside on the porch very early one morning. I put it all together for myself and want to also let you know.Look at the trees. What do you see? A tree...correct. This is what we see when we are trying to focus and do not know what we are focusing on in our lives and in our work. You have heard the saying, "You can not see the forest for the trees!"Now, don't just look at the tree but look at the branches of the tree. Look at each individual leaf. Now look at the light through the branches. Look deeper. Do you see the movement of the birds within the tree? Yep. They are there. This is because you have made the choice to really see what is deep within the tree. Since our minds never ever stop thinking, there is many times a clutter of this and that going on inside. Once we make up our minds just what it is we are doing and just totally commit to it, we will truly begin to focus. There will be less clutter because it is gone. We have chosen to look within at what we want and to see "that light within the branches!"
